YOUR biggest enemy in any DWI courtroom is/are the arresting & the breathtesting cop[s].  The DA, also, is not on your side & he, also, is your enemy...it becomes more problematic for you, when the DA or AG or Prosecutor becomes the judge.    Cops just LUV when the DA, AG or Prosecutor becomes their judge!   When this happens, the beer flows at the FOP by its cop members, in celebration!  

But CAN YOU, also, be VICTIMIZED by your own so called 'defense' Attorney?

YES, it can happen.  When everything has been said & done, & YOUR DWI  courtroom case is over with,... & if your own atty did not want to challenge his great friend, the cop[s] = Conflict of Interest #1 AGAINST YOU ...for he may have to see the same cop or cops  in the very same courtroom, many times a year.    After all,  the arresting cop generates much DWI business for your atty, each year, to whom he may be VERY, VERY GRATEFUL for this...so did you see your  atty. & the cops talk,, so friendly, to each other [ as if they were 'golf parteners', while the cops were on the w. stand with no real, or substantive challenge to them, was ever done by YOUR 'defense' atty?] {was the courtroom talk between them, so sugary, that you almost got diabetes by being so close to it!/?}  ...

AND/OR if your 'defense' atty, also, did not want to slight his Great/Great  friend, the DA, or the AG, or the Prosecutor,[= Conflict of Interest #2 AGAINST YOU ], whom he may have to see hunderds of times in a year ...  is so many words, the DA, AG or Prosecutor  is not your friend in any courtroom, either. 

AND /OR IF YOUR 'defense' atty. , also, did not want to 'tick off ' his Great /Great /Great friend, the judge,[= Conflict of Interest #3 AGAINST YOU].... & your atty only wanted to schmooooze YOUR case. Therefore, YOU might have been Multi-Victimized by Your OWN atty, a potential, pleural series of 'Conflict of Interests' by him AGAINST YOU!   After he promised you a viable defense , did he resort to just having you plead GUILTY, at the last minute?   Your DWI case may have been compromised in the judge's chambers, & nothing of this has been recorded, & you were not there to witness this happening, & secretly, was your case compromised?  Courtrooms  are built at GREAT taxpayers' expense for cases to be heard, there ...not in the judge's chambers, where the judge  can be, secretly, biased as possible, against you, & has  your 'defense' atty has cooperated in this  farce?   The judge is supposed to be a "Neutral" person, but I have observed a lot of them being more Pro-Police than the DA!!!  Then, did you,  later,  discover that the Non-Neutral judge used to be the DA...that,  for a long time, that  he was the DA, saying in many courtrooms, that "HIS police make no mistakes at all!"    You expect to  get any actual  'fairness'   at all  from this person with a gavel?    You should have tried to get your case heard by a different judge, OR have your case heard by a jury, not by a judge.  In NJ , your DWI case can go from Municipal,  to Superior, to Appellate, to NJ Supreme Court & NEVER BE HEARD BY A JURY in the new  Gestapo-Land, USA!
YOU MIGHT HAVE BEEN SCREWED ,AGAIN, by "THE POLITICAL & LEGAL  SYSTEM" in place! THE SYSTEM that begins in effect in the very first law classroom, that is,  during LAW 101,  this was probably adopted: "If We ALL AGREE that The Law is correct , ...We can, all, live in huge houses, without any  known addresses"  philosophy, & that's called Collusion or being a WILLING Co-Conspirator for one's economic profit, and against their very own clients, who have paid them a lot of $ to win their courtroom cases! For,  when you pay a roofer to get a new roof on your house , you, usually, get an acceptable, new roof.  The 'defense' atty can loose your case, & still get to keep the full fee that you paid him or her!    Many DWI/DUI defense attys do not want to "rock the boat"!

Also, There are groups of DWI/DUI defense attys in existence  in the USA, whose  main reason for THEIR existence is to monopolize & lead every potential DWI/DUI client to their own law offices ... these groups of about 100 attys [ act like vultures waiting their prey] can be found on the internet usually associated with the letters DWI or DUI in the group's name. BEWARE of these cliques!  Esssentially, these  'defense'  atty  groups have done very little at all, or nothing really significant  to advance DWI defense in courtrooms in the US of A, in the last 4 decades!   They would love that the Legal Limit to go down to 0.05% or to 0.03% BAC  ...for that would set forth more legions or armies of more DWI suspects calling their offices for legal 'help'.   Everytime, the DWI limit was artificially set Lower & Lower from 0.15% BAc... to 0.10%BAC...then, to 0.08%BAC ... More & More tolerant drinkers are & were being mis-convicted for DWI/DUI, in America!   The Hate Group, MADD would love that the Legal Limit was set at 0.03% BAC... that would be one drink for a lot of drivers, & a new Prohibition would, then again, be in virtual effect, in America.  

Did your defense atty. stupidly hire as YOUR defense expert, a former police breathtest "expert"?  ... these former cops or troopers ALL previously had to testify {&/or} had to certify that the political  breath test devices ONLY have a maximum 5% Error when they worked for the police in order to keep their political police jobs. This former cop's testimony got many drivers mis-convicted for DWI,... some were your friends or your relatives,  each year, by doing this !    That means that when they leave the police department's employment, they should only be able to defend 0.080% BAC to 0.084% BAC readings. ..for a 5% Error in a 0.084% BAC reading would be a 0.079% BAC potential reading by breath or blood. The DA or the judge did not know that this former cop testified to this mere 5% Error, many, many times, when he worked for the police?  Was the judge or DA, there , incompetent? Stupid?  Or just highly corrupted?   One can't testify with more error from whatever  source [when these non- scientists testifed, previously, for the police , they ,previously, said/ testified under Sworn Oath that nothing would cause any significant error ... when  they had no real background in science]  these former political goons are, now, very eager to testify for the defense, & 'defense' attys are morons or incompentants or highly unethical humanoids to hire them.  All a 'honest' DA or a 'honest' judge has to ask them, while they are on the w. stand is: " hey, when you worked for the police, didn't you swear under Oath &/or by placing your hand on a Bible, that this breathtesting equipment ONLY had a maximum 5% error at the most???"     Did you pay back the state's fine $ & surcharge $ to these defendants whom you helped to mis-convict, when you said, it only had 5% Error? 

Current breathtest devices are completely automated which means that these units have been "Idiot Proofed".   Being able to operate a breathtest device does not make the Operator, a scientist,... by any stretch of one's imagination.  There is nothing in these breath devices do to adjust its outcome to what occurs, individualistically, in you.    

By your repeated intakes of alcoholic beverages &/or drugs, over time, YOU can become VERY TOLERANT to their drug effects on YOU.... which mean that you became RESILIENT to their drug effects , on YOU.   Many individuals, by my testing on them since 1970, are not  actually impaired nor intoxicated, even when their % BAC was well above the Political Legal Limit of 0.08%, & the current adopted POLITICAL Agenda.   You have heard about: "being politically drunk, but not actually drunk"?  It happens, often, by my own observations, since 1970, due to alcoholic beverages being consumed at many social, fraternal,  & sporting events in America,... numerous times, throughout the year...many DWI defendants are very tolerant  It is, also, why I can be helpful in defending a bar or tavern in a Dram Shop case because so many drinkers are very tolerant & these individuals won't display outward drinking symptoms to an experienced bartender or a doorman, [or] to a host or hostess at a house party.  

One major manufacturer of American beer produces Many Millions of 12 oz containers of their 'LITE' beer, each day of the year.   They, also, produce Many Millions of 12 oz containers of their 'Regular' caloried beer,each day .... & Many Millions of containers, each day, of their 'ICE' beer.  They don't even close down their production lines for Christmas or for the 4th of July!  And that is just one American beer manufacturer.    Americans drinking a lot of beer, each day, would be quite tolerant individuals, & not impaired at the state's overly simplistic Legal Limit.

When breathtested, did you have a hiatal hernia or GERD? Or work with volatile solvents on the day that you carstopped? Or have an elevated body temperature? Or had blood or a foreign object in your mouth? Or blew saliva into the unit? Did you eat a lot of food, while drinking? Were you forced to blow into their unit, a long time? Did you burp, regurgitate, or hic cough during, or just before the breathtests? Did you have any intestinal gas? Did the police find out what was your personal blood-to-breath ratio, BEFORE breathtesting you & adjust their 'pet' unit to this, for you? No. CALL ME... there are many forensic/ scientific defensive reasons why one would get a Higher % BrAC result[s] than what you should have  achieved.  The police breath test is never confirmed by a blood test.    There is no blood being assayed, but it is reported as "alcohol in the blood".  The state did not know your actual blood-to-breath ratio when they breath tested YOU, &  lack of this known body parmeter on you,  probably, caused YOU to register a higher % BrAC than  what you should have achieved.  The dumbass judge thinks that Everybody is the Same!
