These are the DEFENSIVE types of courtroom cases that I do, & I have done, for decades, now:
I give expert testimony about real, potential errors in police SFSTs [Standard Field Sobriety Tests], & for REAL, potential analytical errors for alcohol in blood or in breath, & for alleged drugs in blood & urine assays via GC/MS or via GC/HeadSpace, or via LC/MS or via Infra Red Spec ,... concerning street, OTC, Rx drugs, with or without the aspects of alcohol, ... & errors due to exposures to Occupational or DIY fumes/ skin absorption cases. Testimony in legal problems concerning food poisoning, food spoilage, or cosmetic use, or subsequent chemical burns cases…I give contra-police Drug Recognition E-x-p-e-r-t [DRE] courtroom testimony,… in Dram Shop cases,… in Host /Hostess cases, …in Underaged drinkers cases,… in SAMSHA Lab urine drug job termination &/or probation/ parole cases,… in fatal DWI mv accident cases,… in post-mortem drug cases...in traffic, criminal, or civil cases...I am able to give testimony about the most probable observable drug symptoms, or the absence of them, when Acquired Tolerance was potentially at play type-of-testimony,...& testimony about the great, potential, variability in humans , ...which will lead to significant lab errors/ breathtesting errors, against YOU, when not-compensated-for. I, also, do Workmen Comp cases, involving alcohol, chemical, or drug intake, & cases about chemical explosives. I have published, approximately, 33 forensic/defensive articles about potential errors in analytical bio-assays, breathtests, & potential errors in DWI/DUI suspects doing the political police roadside tests [the SFSTs]
