ALL police breathtesting have REAL, scientific deficiencies that can & will potentially cause MAJOR error[s] against YOU, & can NEVER be corrected by what the breathtesting manufacturers have adopted in these units…, who are in direct & intimate co-collusion with law enforcement. The breathtesting machines are NOT really scientific instruments.  I need to know certain facts about you & about the police DWI/DUI carstop on you, [or] about the m. v. accident.   YOU easily can be DWI Mis-Convicted. The % BAC results of all breathdevices can be manipulated by the police, this has become these days a potentially problematic when police, also now, get EXTRA, INCENTIVE $ for their DWI/DUI  arrests/convictions.

If your blood or urine was tested for alcohol or drugs, I need to see the actual, analytical data on these bio-assays on YOU. Most "e-x-p-e-r-ts" do not want to see the analytical data, but I do.   I, also, need to know many things that you only know. I have to see the police report &/or videotape on your arrest.

Just because the government or the police lab detected drugs or drug metabolites in YOUR urine that does NOT mean that you took them. And alcohol or drugs in YOUR urine can NOT scientifically, NOR forensically, prove that YOU were impaired, intoxicated, nor unable to safely drive a car, or not be able to function in your job, in Job Termination cases...also, useful in Parole/Probation cases.    

There are a lot of present-day-judges, who were former DAs, or Prosecutors, or AGs, who, previously, made ALL of THEIR income by ranting in courtrooms that their political police were ALWAYS right. It would be MUCH better, if your case could be heard by a jury than by a former DA-now-judge, who is more apt to rule against YOU  for HIS beloved, political police agency… So BEWARE!

Cops will make EXTRA, INCENTIVE $ for their DWI/DUI arre$ts or conviction$! They are NOT on your $ide, when they car$top you…. the only thing that you have to do, by law, is give them: breath, blood or urine, if it is asked…. otherwise, Be Nice, but do NOT cooperate …your DWI/DUI case will go better in the courtroom, defensewise, if you do NOT answer any of their questions, & if you do NOT do any of the police roadside balance tests[aka SFSTs]… doing those SFSTs were all done, VOLUNTARILY, by you, when you did them... you were apt to fail them , even when Totally Sober.  So, BEWARE.  Police are allowed to lie to you, but if you lie to them, You WILL suffer what Martha Steward did ... she went to jail! Keep Quiet.  It was YOUR U.S. Constitutinal Right to KEEP QUIET.
