ALL police breathtesting devices have REAL, scientific deficiencies that will, potentially, cause MAJOR error[s] against YOU, & can NEVER be corrected by what the breathtesting manufacturers have adopted in their units. These manufacturers are in direct & intimate collusion with law enforcement. The breathtesting machines are NOT REALLY scientific instruments. For example, the % BrAC Fuel Cell component can be instructed by its own software  to agree with the % BrAC IR result on you... as occurs, for example, in the Draeger's Alcotest 7110 unit, by its manufacturer!   This is akin to making up or manipulating the % BrAC results on YOU!   REAL Science does not delve in making up test results.  The breathtest manufacturer is out to help the police department to Mis-Convict you for DWI/DUI!     Any digital device can be manipulated.

I need to know certain facts about you & about the police DWI/DUI carstop on you, [or] about the m. v. accident.   YOU easily can be DWI Mis-Convicted.   I need to see the police videotape/DVD on your police carstop.

If your serum was assayed by a hospital lab on their clinical analyzer... this technology is not actually looking for ethyl alcohol.   Huge errors can be against you, for serveral defensive reasons.   BEWARE.  

If your blood or urine or saliva was tested for alcohol or drugs, I need to see the ACTUAL lab analytical data on these bio-assays on YOU.      Most "e-x-p-e-r-ts" do not want to see the analytical data,... but I do.   I, also, need to know many things that, perhaps, only YOU know.

Just because the government or the police lab detected drugs or drug metabolites in YOUR urine... that does NOT mean that you, actually, took them.    And alcohol or drugs leval[s] in YOUR urine can NOT scientifically, NOR forensically, prove that YOU were impaired, intoxicated, Nor can it prove that you were unable to safely drive a car, Nor that YOU were not be able to function in your job, as for example, in Job Termination or in drug Workman's Comp cases... There are, also, defensive reasons why this can be  useful in drug Parole/Probation cases.  

The INDEPENDENT LAB assay on you may not be so "independent"....many labs strive to be the ONLY lab in the area that only does courtroom cases for the DA or AG or Prosecutor.  This is called "Exclusivity", & can amount to a mountain of money for this lab , each year... they come to testfy to exactly what the DA wants to hear... All of this yearly  $ can be a "Conflict of Interest".

Police in the USA are allowed to lie to you, but if you lie to them, You WILL suffer what Martha Stewart did ... she went to jail! You must learn to Keep Quiet.  It was YOUR U.S. Constitutional Right to KEEP QUIET.  Under stress, one is apt to mis-speak, or to easily admit to something that was not so.   Under Stress of the carstop, you can easily fail the police roadside tests, even when you were sober
